CEREMONY OPTIONS
LUMINARY
Luminary is temperature controlled and available not only for receptions but as a ceremony space as well. With full white walls and endless light flooding in, romance will be in the air. You can rent Luminary for both your ceremony and reception and have a room flip in between your events.
$2500 for a 3 hour rental and includes ceremony chairs for up to 300 guests and complimentary arbor.
EXCHANGE
Exchange is the perfect location for a large scale, industrial chic ceremony space. Previously the Machine Shop, the history is prevalent in the endless brick and riveted iron beams.

THE COURTYARD
A known backdrop on our estate The Courtyard is home to our iconic “Forever & Ever Door”. Located between building two and three. The Courtyard is full of broken windows and colors of cream, tan and small splashes of blue and green.
$1500 for a 3 hour rental, includes ceremony chairs for up to 300 guests and complimentary arbor.
3 MAIN
Connected to Blacksmith Main this space is cozy and covered for when the weather doesn’t cooperate. The natural breeze and sunlight makes this space feel as if it is essentially outdoors. Large red doors at the end of the space and floor length white curtains showcase the height of the ceiling.

AURORA FIELDS
The Aurora Fields are endless acres of long alfalfa grass. This outdoor space is sure to fill all of your boho and whimsical dreams. On the east end of the estate it is in a secluded location for your private moment.

THE RED
Large red vintage doors set the scene for your ceremony. Located on the northwest end of building three, you will find a mixture of old railroad bed and patches of green grass. This location includes expansive views of the district.
