$400 per hour - 4 hour minimum
This space offers white brick walls and natural light that surrounds the venue with a clean and modern feel. Luminary is great for birthday parties, showers, class reunions, concert events, workshops and more! This space is available for up to 150 seated guests and comes with farmhouse tables and chiavari chairs. Enjoy our outdoor patio along the historic railroad tracks.
LINCOLN LOUNGE
1,500 square feet
$250 per hour - 2 hour minimum
Lincoln Lounge showcases a warm and inviting space to relax and enjoy in the company of your guests. A rich and masculine space filled with character and mix of modern features. This space is perfect for birthday parties, baby showers and themed parties. Lincoln Lounge is available for up to 30 seated guests and comes with farmhouse tables and chiavari chairs. Enjoy our outdoor courtyard in the warmer months.

Whatever your plan is, we want to provide you with a modern, white, elegant and clean slate so you can fully customize your event. This space is available for up to 40 seated guests and comes with farmhouse tables and chiavari chairs.
BLACKSMITH MAIN
8,000 square feet
$500 per hour - 8 hour minimum
A large, temperature controlled, industrial style space with historic brick walls and concrete floors. This space is used for large corporate events, celebrations of life, family reunions, grooms dinners and more. This space is available for up to 300 seated guests and comes with farmhouse tables and chiavari chairs. Enjoy the outdoor patio in the warmer months!
