We’re so excited to have you as part of this year’s Off the Rails Market! With live music, festive food, specialty cocktails, Christmas decor, and a VIP night filled with fireworks, we’re gearing up for an unforgettable holiday celebration. Thank you for being an essential part of creating this magical experience!

Event Details

  • VIP Night:
    Date: December 13
    Time: 6pm–9pm
    Highlights: Fireworks, vintage glass mugs for the first 200 guests who walk through the door, live music by Seth Doud, outdoor hot chocolate bar and fire pits, specialty cocktails, and a unique food experience by Chef Matt.

  • Market Day:
    Date: December 14
    Time: 9am–3pm
    Highlights: Live music by Jim Olsen and Hayden Streeter, over 130 vendors, bar and concessions, festive Christmas decor, photo ops, and more!

Move-In Times

  • Thursday: 8 AM - 4 PM

  • Friday: 8 AM - 3 PM

Please note that after 3 PM on Friday, no more hauling can be done, as our team will be scrubbing floors and ensuring everything is clean and tidy before guests arrive. You are, however, welcome to continue setting up your booth until the start of the event. We appreciate your understanding!

Rental Items

Farmhouse tables: $35

6ft plastic table(linen not included): $15

8ft plastic table (linen not included) : $20

Scrunchie black linen: $15

Chair: $7

Other Important Notes

  • There will be no drive in this year during move in.

  • All trailers need to be tagged immediately even if they are not planning on keeping the trailer here.
