About the Expo
The Lakes Area Health & Wellness Expo is the first event of its kind at the Northern Pacific Center as we bring health and wellness education and opportunities to the Brainerd Lakes area. Whether you are just starting out on your health and wellness journey or you are a seasoned wellness enthusiast- this event is for you! Attendees will have the opportunity to try out classes and products and learn more about what local health & wellness experts have to offer.
The Venue
This event will be held inside the 38,000 square foot Brainerd Exchange at the historic Northern Pacific Center. The Exchange is host to many events throughout the year such as the Brainerd Boat Show, Off the Rails Market, concerts, galas and much more.

8:00 - 8:45 AM | 1. Pilates Mat Class | Class consists of teaching the fundamental Pilates exercises performed on the floor. Emphasis on breath, core conditioning, and body awareness, while building strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates small equipment will be used to add variety and intensity to the Pilates exercises. |
9:00 - 9:30 AM | 2. Personal Training | |
9:30 - 10:15 AM | 3. Boot Camp | This total body, high-intensity class promises to take you to a new level of fitness and challenge your body and mind. Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. One class and you get it all done. Never plateau! The class is different each time utilizing muscle confusion and getting you the results you want. |
