New Ceremony Spaces at the Northern Pacific Center

We are excited to announce that we are currently working on two new indoor ceremony spaces at Northern Pacific Center!

The Exchange 2 South was opened to the public for the first time last weekend! We just had our very first event in this space March 18 - 20 for our 2nd annual Brainerd Boat Show. This 40,000 sq. ft. space was originally the old Machine Shop. It’s perfect for ceremonies with around 200 or more guests! It now has updated electrical, new entrance doors, heat control, and LED lighting. We will be painting the doors and updating some more windows too. We can’t wait for our first ceremony in this space this April!

Secondly, we have our Power Plant building. This space will soon be renovated to accommodate weddings up to 500 guests. We have plans to restore the windows, smooth out the concrete floors, and restore the entrance as well. The Worthington Machine along the west wall will stay in its current location. We can’t wait to see what this space will become with just a few new updates!

These spaces are $3500 to rent for a four hour rental time frame in 2022/2023. This will include lighting, ceremony chairs, and an arbor rental from our Foundry rental collection! Contact us at info@northernpacificcenter.com for a tour of these ceremony locations!
