Vendor booth fees are free for the 2025 season on a first come, first served basis. This includes food truck vendors, with a maximum of 30 booths available. Each booth space measures around approximately 10’ x 10’.
No need to register—just arrive and claim your spot!
Please note: Booth spaces are for one business only and may not be shared with other vendors.
-
2pm - You are allowed to start setting up as early as an hour before the event.
3pm - You must be setup no later than 3pm when the market starts.
7pm - Vendors may not tear down until the market ends.
All tear down must be completed by 8pm at the latest.
-
No electricity will be available, so if you need it, you must provide your own generator.
-
When you pull into the property, look for the labeled booth spaces numbered on the ground. (See Map Below)
Please pull forward into your designated space so we can keep the center market area open for other vendors arriving. This will prevent congestion in the vendor area.
Every vendor will have space for their vehicle behind their booth. If you have more than one vehicle, please park in the paved lot to the right of the powerplant building.
Booth placement is on a first come first serve basis.
-
Vendors are responsible for all trash disposal and clean up associated with their booth and product.
Please do not leave any trash behind.
-
All food vendors must comply with Minnesota state food safety regulations. This includes obtaining the appropriate licenses or permits, such as a Mobile Food Unit license or a Cottage Food Registration, if applicable. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure they are operating in accordance with all Minnesota Department of Agriculture and Department of Health guidelines.
